Security Awareness

Policies

Datum360 has developed a comprehensive set of security policies covering a range of topics. These policies are shared with and made available to all employees and contractors with access to Datum360 information assets.

Training

All employees are provided with Security Awareness Training at least on an annual basis. All developers/engineers receive annual Secure Code Training. The Information Security team also provides additional security awareness updates via email, video and in presentations during internal events.

Employee Vetting

Background Checks

Datum360 performs background checks on all new employees in accordance with local laws. These checks are also completed for contractors where appropriate. Background checks include Criminal, Education and Employment verification.

Confidentiality Agreements

All employees and contractors are required to sign Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality undertakings.
